What Makes Action for Save Humanity in Emergency (ASHE) Different?

What makes ASHE different is the dedicated volunteers that take pride in our unique approach and unwavering commitment to become self-sufficient and empower refugee and host communities.

Sustainability at the Core

1. Environmental Stewardship: We integrate sustainability into all our projects, promoting practices that protect and restore the environment, such as reforestation, sustainable agriculture, and waste management. 2. Self-sustaining Models: Our projects, like the mushroom cultivation initiative, are designed to be self-sustaining, ensuring long-term benefits and reducing dependency on external aid

Community-Centered Approach

1. Active Participation: We engage refugees and host-communities in the planning and execution of our programs, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met mostly single mothers. This participatory approach fosters ownership and empowerment. 2. Building Networks: We create strong support networks within refugee communities, facilitating peer support and knowledge sharing that strengthens communal bonds and resilience.

Long-term Impact

Economic Empowerment: By focusing on skills development and entrepreneurship, we enable refugees to generate income and achieve financial independence, laying the foundation for a better future. Educational Advancement: Our educational initiatives ensure that children and youth continue their learning journeys, while adult education programs enhance the skills and employability of refugee adults.
